Got outstanding, tidy room with a lovely flowered balcony surrounded by the magnificent mountains.

I liked this hotel, it was clean and chic.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We spend 2 nights in Interlaken lovely. The restaurant was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

This hotel was perfect place for exploring Interlaken, truly enjoyed it and venue's very courteous staff who claims to be the manager. Booked a room with awesome views over mountains.

There were a safe, cable channels and a seating area in the room, loved that. The pleasant staff truly made me feel welcome. The hotel was in the very central setting. Besides, the area was breathtaking, next to a bronze statue.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was bad.

Staff was just wonderful, room was quite warm, ideal location. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Also, hotel was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a gambling casino. Late check-out too. Besides, parking was available nearby.

By and large, it was superior place. Greatly enjoyed the superior room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Best base for honeymoon.
